We thought it best to jot down what we mean by innovation. We define it as new ways of adding value to all our business practices. We also mean Total Innovation™ as opposed to just Product Innovation or New Product Development.

We include the whole value chain from plough to plate. So we want our members to represent growing, sourcing, buying, preparation, processing, manufacture, packaging, distribution, logistics, selling, marketing, retailing ... And even NPD!
